in-person events

Based in Annapolis Valley, NS

Still Growing’s mission is to grow self-expression, connection, and provide a safe space to practice the skills that support intimacy and meaning in our lives.

In-person events are where you can explore and stretch your comfort zone with a supportive, trauma-informed facilitator, and have fun doing it.

Still Growing raises opportunities to develop deeper self-understanding through science-backed methods and the application of ecological principles. It is especially helpful for those wishing to strengthen their personal agency and gain a greater sense of community, enjoy creativity, and become better equipped to fulfil our responsibilities to one another.

Let’s face our fears and build capacity together!
