Hi, I’m Krystal Jewell.
Or just Tal (pronounced ‘tuhl’).
Still Growing is about connecting to the feeling of “home” in our bodies and communities, tending to the grounds where great things grow.
I’m all about appreciating uniqueness (encouraging self-knowing), deepening interpersonal understanding (enhancing wisdom), and cultivating clarity (heart-centered approach). Check out the blog to hear my thoughts on dating and relationships in the digital age, or head to my philosophy page to get the full scoop on why I do this work!
I’m glad you’re here. Happy growing!
my approach
I’m a health and wellness enthusiast with a voracious appetite for gaining insight into how resilience is created. My guiding principles come from books including The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People (Covey), Nonviolent Communication (Rosenburg), The Story Species (Gold), and The Continuum Concept (Liedloff).
Ecology model
As a horticulturalist, I see ecology as a metaphor for personal agency. Protecting and building up capacity is essential for these delicate systems to provide what we need for life to thrive. Everything is connected: all parts are considered.
Long-term focus
My intuitive and science-backed approach help craft the best service for you. I’m big on infusing care and creativity into everything I do, because I believe that small, everyday efforts compound over time to create lasting impact.
